John Kovack

John is a self-starter who understands hard work is the keystone of success. He got his start in the construction and restoration industry in 1992 when he founded his own painting and construction business after high school. In order to keep his crew working during the holiday season and winter months, he started providing disaster restoration services as a contractor for restoration franchises.

He decided to start his own full-service restoration company, having over 30 years in the construction and remodeling industry. He now has full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and enjoys growing within the industry as he continues to solidify his company’s reputation along the Atlantic coast.

With 30 years of experience as a senior estimator, John is personally involved from start to finish in each and every project, ensuring all customers receive top-notch service and are 100% satisfied with the result.

John believes what sets Atlantic Property Restoration apart from its competitors is their specialization in the reconstruction phase of disaster restoration combined with their state-of-the-art Phoenix drying and water mitigation equipment, which allows them to handle big or small jobs from start to finish.

When he isn’t helping people by restoring or remodeling their homes, he enjoys surfing, fishing, golfing and hanging out with his family on Johns Island.
